If this side effect persist for a longer duration, inform your doctor. In case by accident, this medicine goes into your eyes, ears, nose or mouth, immediately rinse it with water. Inform your doctor if you notice darkening or discoloration, or severe burning sensation at the treated skin.
Inform your doctor if you have known allergies from this medicine. If you are pregnant or suffering from any other condition, please inform your doctor. This medicine is safe to use in breastfeeding mothers.

Alesa Gel is a combination of two medicines: Benzoyl Peroxide and Clindamycin, which treats pimples (acne) by penetrating into the skin and killing acne-causing bacteria. Benzoyl Peroxide additionally reduces oil production in the skin, replenishes the skin and helps keep your pores open.
06What If You Miss A Dose?
If you miss a dose of Alesa Gel, apply it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Alesa Gel is used to treat and control acne. It also has a mild drying effect that allows excess oil and dirt to be easily washed away from the face. This helps keep your pores open and prevent further acne breakouts. It may take two to six weeks of treatment with Alesa Gel before the full effect of the medicine is seen. 10Drug Tips
You have been prescribed Alesa Gel for the treatment of acne.
It is recommended that you use a mild soap and lukewarm water to wash with, as very hot or cold water may worsen acne. Do not wash more than you normally do.
Apply a thin layer on the affected area. It may cause minor burning, stinging, or irritation when applied. Inform your doctor if this does not go away.
Avoid contact with your eyes, nose, or mouth. Rinse it off with water if you accidentally get the cream in these areas.
During your treatment, your doctor may ask you to use another (non-antibiotic) skin preparation from time to time. It is important that you follow your doctor’s advice, as this is to help prevent your acne from becoming resistant to treatment.
You may have to use it for a long time before your acne starts to improve. Be patient and keep using it every day. If, however, your skin has not improved even after completing the prescribed time, consult your doctor.
