Alither Forte Tablet

Alither Forte Tablet is a prescription medicine. It is to be taken with food and take it at a fixed time regularly. Take the medicine in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. Do not consume more than the recommended dose, as this may have harmful effects on your body. A missed dose should be taken as soon as you remember. The course of the treatment should be completed for better efficacy.

Some common side effects of this medicine are headaches, loss of appetite, weakness, pain in muscles, and joint pain. You may also feel dizzy, thus it is advised not to drive or operate machinery. To overcome dizziness you should drink plenty of fluid. If any of the side effects get aggravated, contact your doctor immediately.

Treatment of Malaria

Alither Forte Tablet is a combination of two antiparasitic medicines: Arteether and Lumefantrine, which treats malaria. These medicines work by increasing the levels of haeme in the blood, a substance toxic to the malarial parasite. This kills the parasite and stops the infection from spreading.

If you miss a dose of Alither Forte Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Alither Forte Tablet is an antimalarial medicine and is used to treat malaria. It kills the infection-causing parasite and stops the further spread of the infection in the body. Do not use this medicine for treating any other condition without consulting your doctor.
