Alka KCL Syrup is best taken with food. Take it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Take it regularly and at the same time each day for maximum benefits. Continue taking the medicine until the doctor tells you it is okay to stop.

This medicine is usually well-tolerated, however, it may cause nausea, vomiting, flatulence, abdominal pain, and diarrhea in some people. Consult your doctor if any of the side effects persist or get worse. They may be able to suggest ways to reduce or prevent the side effects.

Before taking this medicine, let your doctor know if you have any preexisting medical conditions. Let your doctor also know all the medicines you are taking to make sure it is safe for you.

Treatment of Potassium deficiency

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Alka KCL Syrup is to be taken with food.

Alka KCL Syrup works by raising potassium levels in your blood.

May cause gastrointestinal irritation if administered undiluted. Increased dilution of the solution and taking with meals may reduce gastrointestinal irritation.

Driving:SAFE

Alka KCL Syrup does not usually affect your ability to drive.

Kidney:CAUTION

Alka KCL Syrup should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Alka KCL Syrup may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Liver:CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR
