AP-KIND 100mg/350mg Tablet should be taken with or without food. You should take it regularly as advised by your doctor. Your doctor may change the dose and time between doses according to your pain level and your needs. Do not take more or use it for a longer duration than recommended by your doctor.

Some of the common side effects of this medicine include nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, loss of appetite, heartburn, and diarrhea. If any of these side effects bother you or do not go away with time, you should let your doctor know. Your doctor may help you with ways to reduce or prevent these side effects by prescribing an alternative medicine or adjusting the dose.

Pain relief

AP-KIND 100mg/350mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Aceclofenac and Paracetamol. These medicines work by blocking the action of chemical messengers responsible for pain, fever and inflammation (redness and swelling).

If you miss a dose of AP-KIND 100mg/350mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

You have been prescribed this combination medicine for relieving pain and inflammation.

Take it with food to avoid getting an upset stomach.

It may cause dizziness and sleepiness. Do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how it affects you.

Avoid consuming alcohol when taking AP-KIND 100mg/350mg Tablet as it may cause excessive drowsiness and increase the risk of liver damage.

Do not take it with any other medicine containing acetaminophen (drugs for pain/fever or cough-and-cold) without asking your doctor first.

AP-KIND 100mg/350mg Tablet is safe for most of the patients. However, in some patients it may cause some unwanted common side effects like nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, heartburn, diarrhea and other uncommon and rare side effects.

If you are using the medication for a condition associated with long-term pain then AP-KIND 100mg/350mg Tablet should be continued for as long as advised by your physician. It can be discontinued if you are using it for short-term pain relief.

Yes, the use of AP-KIND 100mg/350mg Tablet can cause nausea and vomiting. Taking it with milk, food or with antacids can prevent nausea. Avoid taking fatty or fried foods along with this medication. In case of vomiting drink plenty of water or other fluids by taking small frequent sips. Talk to your doctor if vomiting persists and you notice signs of dehydration, like dark colored and strong-smelling urine and a low frequency of urination. Do not take any other medicine without speaking to your doctor.

Yes, the use of AP-KIND 100mg/350mg Tablet can cause dizziness (feeling faint, weak, unsteady or lightheaded) in some patients. If you feel dizzy or lightheaded, it is better to rest for sometime and resume once you feel better.

Q. Are there any specific contraindications associated with the use of AP-KIND 100mg/350mg Tablet?

The use of AP-KIND 100mg/350mg Tablet is considered to be harmful for patients with known allergy to any of the components or excipients of this medicine or in patients with known allergy to other painkillers (NSAIDs). It should preferably be avoided in patients with a history of stomach ulcers or in patients with active, recurrent stomach ulcer/bleeding. It should also be avoided in patients with a history of heart failure, high blood pressure, and liver or kidney disease.

Yes, AP-KIND 100mg/350mg Tablet can be taken with vitamin B-complex preparations. While AP-KIND 100mg/350mg Tablet helps to relieve pain, vitamin B-complex can help to correct the vitamin deficiency that might be causing the underlying painful condition.

No, AP-KIND 100mg/350mg Tablet preferably should not be taken for stomach pain without consulting a physician. This drug can increase stomach acid secretion which may aggravate an unknown underlying condition.

Yes, the long-term use of AP-KIND 100mg/350mg Tablet can cause damage to the kidneys. Normal kidneys produce a chemical messenger called prostaglandins that protects them from damage. Use of painkillers lowers the levels of prostaglandins in the body which leads to kidney damage on long-term use. Use of painkillers is not recommended to patients with underlying kidney disease.

Keep this medicine in the container or the pack it came in, tightly closed. Store it according to the instructions mentioned on the pack or label. Dispose of the unused medicine. Make sure it is not consumed by pets, children and other people.

AP-KIND 100mg/350mg Tablet is used for short-term relief of pain, inflammation, and swelling in conditions that affect joints and muscles. Some of the conditions in which AP-KIND 100mg/350mg Tablet is used are rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, muscle pain, back pain, toothache, or pain in the ear and throat. Take it as it is prescribed to get the most benefit. Do not take more or longer than needed as that can be dangerous. In general, you should take the lowest dose that works, for the shortest possible time. This will help you to go about your daily activities more easily and have a better, more active, quality of life.

Driving:UNSAFE

AP-KIND 100mg/350mg Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

AP-KIND 100mg/350mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of AP-KIND 100mg/350mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of AP-KIND 100mg/350mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.

Liver:CAUTION

AP-KIND 100mg/350mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of AP-KIND 100mg/350mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.However, the use of AP-KIND 100mg/350mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
