The most common side effects include abdominal bloating, abdominal pain, dizziness, headache, depression, breast tenderness, hot flushes, vaginal discharge, joint paint, and urinary incontinence. Your doctor may suggest ways to reduce or prevent these. Occasionally, it may cause a severe allergic reaction requiring urgent medical attention.
