Arotim-LA Eye Drop is a prescription medicine having a combination of medicines that is used for the treatment of pressure in the eyes (ocular hypertension) and glaucoma. It works by decreasing the pressure of fluid in the eye (aqueous humor), which helps in lowering the increased eye pressure.

Arotim-LA Eye Drop is to be used only in the affected eye in the dose and duration as advised by the doctor. Wash your hands before using this medicine. Check the label thoroughly for directions before use. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better.The most common side effects include burning sensation, irritation, itching, and redness at the application site. If these side effects persist for a longer duration, inform your doctor. In case by accident, this medicine goes into your ears, nose, or mouth, rinse it off with plenty of water. Avoid driving or operating heavy machinery immediately after using this medicine as it may cause temporary blurring of vision and may affect your ability to drive.

This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Hold the dropper close to the eye without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside the lower eyelid. Wipe off the extra liquid.

Arotim-LA Eye Drop is a combination of two medicines: Timolol and Oxychloro Complex. Timolol is a beta blocker. It works by decreasing the production of aqueous humour (fluid in the eye), thereby lowering the increased eye pressure. Oxychloro Complex is a preservative.

If you miss a dose of Arotim-LA Eye Drop, skip it and continue with your normal schedule. Do not double the dose.

Arotim-LA Eye Drop helps lower high pressure in the eye and reduces the risk of vision loss.

To avoid contamination, do not touch the dropper tip or let it touch your eye or any other surface.

After applying Arotim-LA Eye Drop, close your eyes, and place one finger at the corner of your eye. Apply gentle pressure for 1 to 2 minutes before opening your eyes. This will prevent the medication from draining out.

Wait for at least 5-10 minutes before delivering the next medication in the same eye to avoid dilution.

Make sure to use it within 4 weeks of opening the bottle.
