Asunra 400mg Tablet DT is a medicine used in the treatment of chronic iron overload caused by frequent blood transfusion. It helps remove the excess iron from the body and reduce the risk of it causing organ damage.

Asunra 400mg Tablet DT should be taken on an empty stomach. Take it in the exact dose and duration and take it regularly at a fixed time each day to get the maximum benefit from it.

Using of Asunra 400mg Tablet DT may cause common side effects such as nausea, headache, constipation, and diarrhea. If the side effects persist or worsen, inform your doctor.

Treatment of Iron overload

Asunra 400mg Tablet DT traps and removes excess iron which is then excreted mainly in the stools. This reduces the risk of organ damage.

Q: What if you forget to take Asunra Tablet DT?
A: If you miss a dose of Asunra 400mg Tablet DT, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Asunra 400mg Tablet DT is used to reduce excess iron from the body.

Inform your doctor if you also have upper stomach pain, clay-colored stools, or jaundice (yellowing of your skin or the whites of your eyes).

Take an adequate amount of water while taking Asunra 400mg Tablet DT.

Asunra 400mg Tablet DT may cause dizziness. It is advisable not to drive or operate any machinery until you feel normal again.

If you are taking any antacid, take them 2 hours before or after Asunra 400mg Tablet DT.

Inform your doctor if you have any liver or kidney disease.

Asunra 400mg Tablet DT is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.

Driving:UNSAFE

Asunra 400mg Tablet DT may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Kidney:UNSAFE

Asunra 400mg Tablet DT is probably unsafe to use in patients with kidney disease and should be avoided. Please consult your doctor.

Liver:CAUTION
