Avdol 50mg Capsule can be taken with or without food. In general, you should try to use the smallest amount necessary to control your symptoms, for the shortest possible time. You should take this medicine regularly while you need it. Try not to miss doses as this will make the medicine less effective.

Some common side effects of this medicine include dizziness, sleepiness, vomiting, nausea, and constipation. If any of these side effects do not go away or get worse, you should let your doctor know. Your doctor may be able to suggest ways of preventing or reducing the symptoms.

Moderate to severe pain

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Avdol 50mg Capsule may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Avdol 50mg Capsule is an opioid analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception.

If you miss a dose of Avdol 50mg Capsule, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Use only for severe acute pain for not more than 5 days.

Prolonged use may result in physical and psychological dependence even at recommended dosages.
