Avnalit 4 Capsule is used to treat certain types of cancers like differentiated thyroid cancer, liver cancer, kidney cancer, and endometrial cancer. It works by blocking specific proteins that promote cancer cell growth and spread, and reducing tumor size in affected individuals.

Avnalit 4 Capsule can be taken with or without food, but try to have it at the same time every day to get the most benefits. Your doctor will determine the right dose and how often you should take it. This will depend on what you are being treated for. The dosage may change over time. You should take it exactly as your doctor has advised. Taking it the wrong way or taking too much can cause very serious side effects.

Common side effects of this medicine include high blood pressure, bleeding, and diarrhea. It might also cause severe headaches and loss of appetite. If any of these side effects persist or worsen, consult your doctor. They may be able to suggest ways to manage the side effects.

Before taking Avnalit 4 Capsule, tell your doctor if you have heart disease, liver, or kidney problems, or are taking any medicines to treat infections. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Avnalit 4 Capsule may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Avnalit 4 Capsule is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor. It works by blocking the oxygen and nutrient supply to cancer cells, due to which they stop growing. And Avnalit 4 Capsule helps in treating thyroid cancer.

Q: What if you forget to take Avnalit Capsule?
A: If you miss a dose of Avnalit 4 Capsule, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Take it with or without food, preferably at the same time each day.

Use a reliable contraceptive method to prevent pregnancy while you are taking this medicine and for a month after you stop taking it.

Monitor your blood pressure regularly while taking this medication. Inform your doctor if you notice symptoms of very high blood pressure, such as severe headache, confusion, problems with your eyesight, nausea, or vomiting.

It may cause serious bleeding problems. Inform your doctor if you get headaches or stomach pain or if you notice blood in your urine or stools.

Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to conceive, or breastfeeding.

In Differentiated Thyroid cancer

Thyroid is a butterfly-shaped gland located at the base of your neck. Your thyroid produces hormones that regulate your heart rate, blood pressure, body temperature and weight. Thyroid cancer occurs in the cells of the thyroid and it might not cause any symptoms at first. Avnalit 4 Capsule restricts the oxygen supply of the cancer cells and stops its growth as well as further spread. It is a potent and very toxic medicine and you should discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor. You should avoid drinking alcohol or smoking while having this treatment and drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.

Pregnancy:CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR

Avnalit 4 Capsule may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor.

Breast feeding:CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR

Avnalit 4 Capsule is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.

Driving:CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR

It is not known whether Avnalit 4 Capsule alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.

Kidney:CAUTION

Avnalit 4 Capsule should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Avnalit 4 Capsule may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Liver:CAUTION

Avnalit 4 Capsule should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Avnalit 4 Capsule may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
