Azelac Lotion is a combination of two medicines: Azelaic Acid and Salicylic Acid which treat acne (pimples). Salicylic Acid is a keratolytic medicine which also kills acne-causing bacteria. It additionally reduces oil production in the skin, replenishes skin cells and helps keep your pores open.

If you miss a dose of Azelac Lotion, apply it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
