Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride, Magnesium Chloride, Calcium Chloride and Potassium dihydrogen phosphate are minerals, they protect and strengthen the teeth and gums.

Apart from using Banxero Mouth Spray, sip water or sugar-free drinks or suck ice chips throughout the day to moisten your mouth, and drink water during meals to aid chewing and swallowing.

You can also chew sugar-free gum or suck on sugar-free hard candies to stimulate the flow of saliva.

Breathe through your nose, not your mouth, and add moisture to the air at night with a room humidifier.

Limit your caffeine intake because caffeine can make your mouth drier.

Completely stop smoking or chewing tobacco.
