Bectogen Eye/Ear Drops is to be used as per the label instructions or as suggested by your doctor. This medicine must be applied only to the affected eye or ear. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better.
Use of this medicine may cause burning sensation, stinging, and irritation at the application site. These are usually temporary and resolve with time. However, if they persist or get worse, inform your doctor. In case of accidental contact with your nose or mouth, immediately rinse it with water.

How To Use

Bectogen Eye/Ear Drops is a combination of two medicines: Gentamicin and Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose. Gentamicin is an antibiotic which kills bacteria by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose is a lubricant similar to natural tears. It provides temporary relief from burning and discomfort due to dryness in the eye.

If you miss a dose of Bectogen Eye/Ear Drops, skip it and continue with your normal schedule. Do not double the dose.
Drug Tips
Your doctor has prescribed Bectogen Eye/Ear Drops to cure your infection and improve symptoms.
