Bethnyx 25mg Tablet is used in the treatment of urinary retention (inability to urinate), which usually occurs following surgery or after giving birth. It helps contract the muscles of the bladder, which further leads to urination.

Bethnyx 25mg Tablet is advised to take it in a dose and duration as per prescription. It can be taken on an empty stomach, but take it at a fixed time regularly. You should not stop taking the medicine without consulting the doctor, as it may lead to the worsening of your symptoms.

These receptors send signals to the bladder, helping it squeeze and push urine out. Bethnyx 25mg Tablet is useful for people who have trouble urinating due to nerve-related issues, surgery, or certain medical conditions.

Q: What if you forget to take Bethnyx Tablet?
A: If you miss a dose of Bethnyx 25mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Take it on an empty stomach, half an hour before food, to reduce the risk of feeling sick.

Bethnyx 25mg Tablet is not suitable if urinary retention is caused by a blockage or obstruction. Consult your doctor for a proper evaluation.

Bethnyx 25mg Tablet starts acting quickly, within 60 to 90 minutes of taking it. The effect of the medicine lasts for 6 hours, and therefore, a gap of at least 6 hours should be maintained between two doses.

Q. What if I forget to take a dose of Bethnyx 25mg Tablet?

If you miss a dose and remember within an hour of the scheduled dose, then you can take the dose. If, however, the gap is more than two or more hours, then do not take the medicine and wait until the next dose is due. Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose.

Q. Is Bethnyx 25mg Tablet an anticholinergic?

No, Bethnyx 25mg Tablet is not an anticholinergic; on the contrary, it is a cholinergic medicine. It is used to relieve difficulties in urinating caused by surgery, post-pregnancy, medicines, or other factors.

Q. Can Bethnyx 25mg Tablet cause stomach upset?

Bethnyx 25mg Tablet may cause severe stomach pain, belching, nausea, diarrhea, and increased sounds from the stomach when taken in large doses. If you experience these symptoms, which are severe and persist for a longer time, then you should tell your doctor.

Bethnyx 25mg Tablet should be used with caution during breastfeeding. Breastfeeding should be held until the treatment of the mother is completed and the drug is eliminated from her body.

Kidney:CAUTION
