Bloomberg Forte 250mg/250mg/500mg Tablet is a combination of medicines. It is used in the treatment of melasma and hyperpigmentation of the skin. It helps in removing dark spots, redness, swelling and helps in brightening up the skin. It also protects the skin from harsh sun rays.

Bloomberg Forte 250mg/250mg/500mg Tablet can be taken with or without food. It should be used in the dose and duration as prescribed by your doctor. This medicine should not be consumed more than the recommended dose. 

Some common side effects include headache, blockage of nose, fatigue, and stomach pain. These are usually well tolerated but if these side effects persist for a long time, please consult your doctor. Contact your doctor immediately if you notice any symptoms of allergic reactions like swelling, itching, difficulty in breathing, hives, etc.

A: If you miss a dose of Bloomberg Forte 250mg/250mg/500mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
