This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Clean and dry the affected area and apply the cream. Wash your hands after applying, unless hands are the affected area.

Brexclob GM Cream is a combination of three medicines: Clobetasol, Miconazole and Neomycin, which treats skin infections. Clobetasol is a steroid medicine. It blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Miconazole is an antifungal which stops the growth of fungi by preventing them from forming their own protective covering. Neomycin is an antibiotic. It stops bacterial growth by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by the bacteria to carry out vital functions.

Q: What if you forget to take Brexclob GM Cream?
A: If you miss a dose of Brexclob GM Cream, apply it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

In Treatment of Skin infections

Brexclob GM Cream is a combination of medicines used to treat skin infections caused by microorganisms such as bacteria and fungi. It kills and stops the growth of infection-causing microorganisms, thereby clearing the infection and relieving the symptoms. It also blocks the release of chemicals that cause symptoms such as itching, redness, and swelling. Therefore this medicine relieves the inflammation due to these infections. You should use Brexclob GM Cream for as long as it is prescribed, even if your symptoms disappear, otherwise they may come back. Depending on the type of infection you are treating, this may be several weeks. Even after your infection is completely cured, you may have to apply it occasionally to prevent the symptoms from returning.

Brexclob GM Cream must be applied as a thin layer on the affected area as prescribed by your doctor.

Do not use this medicine more often or for longer than advised by your doctor.

Before each application, wash the affected area with soap and water and dry well.

Avoid getting it in the eyes, mouth or nose. Rinse with cold water if you accidentally get it in these areas.

Do not cover the area being treated with airtight dressings such as bandages unless directed by a doctor, as this may increase the risk of side effects.

Inform your doctor if the treated skin area does not improve after 2-4 weeks of treatment.
