Inform your doctor if you are taking an iron supplement, as the absorption rate might be affected.
Along with taking Calcilol 0.25mg Softgel Capsule, maintain a healthy lifestyle, include calcium-rich food in your diet, exercise (regular weight-bearing exercise) with your doctor’s advice, and take proper measures to reduce the risk of falls.
It is recommended that you take Calcilol 0.25mg Softgel Capsule at bedtime, preferably at least 2 hours after dinner. You may lie down immediately after taking it if you wish.
If you take antacids (medicines to relieve heartburn) or medicines containing calcium you should take them at least 2 hours after taking Calcilol 0.25mg Softgel Capsule to avoid interference.
