If you’re taking an iron supplement, don’t take it at the same time you take your calcium supplement. Each can interfere with the other’s absorption.
Along with taking Caphtor Plus 500mg Tablet include calcium-rich food in your diet like milk, cheese, yogurt, calcium-fortified soya milk, and green leafy vegetables like spinach.
