Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Empty the granules in a glass of water/milk, stir it and consume immediately. Choleferol Sachet is to be taken with food.

06What If You Miss A Dose?
If you miss a dose of Choleferol Sachet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Some healthy tips for vitamin D deficiency:Get enough sun exposure 10-30 minutes thrice a week.Light-skinned: 20-30 minutes of sun exposure.Dark-skinned: 30-40 minutes of sun exposure. Eat vitamin D rich diet like egg yolk, mushrooms, cheese, milk, butter, fortified food and oily fish.
