Citical D3 Injection is given under the supervision of a healthcare professional and should not be self-administered. You should take it regularly to get the most benefit from it. If you are using it to treat osteoporosis you will be prescribed other medicines as well. It may cause pain, redness, and swelling at the site of injection in some people. If you take too much you may feel weakness, muscle pain, or have a metallic taste in your mouth. Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have high levels of calcium in your blood or if you have any preexisting medical conditions. Some other medicines can decrease the absorption of vitamin D3 so let your doctor know all other medicines you are taking to make sure you are safe. While using Citical D3 Injection you may need extra blood tests and possibly X-rays.
