Clomish 25 Tablet is a medicine used to treat male and female infertility. In males, it stimulates hormone production, leading to increased sperm production and improved fertility. Additionally, it may help women who are unable to become pregnant, due to ovulation problems or polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).

Clomish 25 Tablet may be taken with or without food. Take it regularly and at the same time every day to get the most benefit. It is important to strictly follow the prescribed schedule and dosage to maximize its benefits. The doctor may monitor regularly to track the response and adjust the dosage if necessary.

The most common side effects of this medicine include headache, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, breast enlargement in male, breast pain, hot flushes, enlargement of ovaries, and gastrointestinal disturbances. If you experience any of these side effects that do not go away or get worse, let your doctor know. They may be able to help by adjusting the dosage or by prescribing you an alternate medicine.

Clomish 25 Tablet may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions, such as liver disease, hormonal imbalances, abnormal uterine bleeding, or ovarian cysts. Pregnant women should avoid using this medicine, as it may cause potential harm to the developing baby. Take precautions while engaging in activities that require clear vision and mental alertness as this medicine might cause dizziness. Treatment of Male infertility

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Clomish 25 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Clomish 25 Tablet increases the release of two hormones: follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH). In females, the increased FSH and LH levels stimulate the growth and maturation of eggs (ovarian follicles), ultimately leading to ovulation. In males, these hormones play a crucial role in stimulating the testes to produce more testosterone and enhance sperm production. Production of good sperm and ovulation is crucial for fertility.

Q: What if you forget to take Clomish Tablet?
A: If you miss a dose of Clomish 25 Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

If you are male and taking Clomish 25 Tablet, your doctor may recommend semen analysis tests during the treatment.

Follow your doctor’s instructions regarding the dosage and schedule for taking Clomish 25 Tablet.

If you are using Clomish 25 Tablet for ovulation induction, your doctor may recommend tracking ovulation at home using ovulation predictor kits or monitoring body temperature. This can help you plan intercourse or any fertility treatments.

Clomiphene treatment is often limited to a specific number of cycles. If pregnancy does not occur after a certain number of cycles, your healthcare provider may explore other fertility treatments or interventions.

Driving:UNSAFE

Clomish 25 Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.Visual disturbances or dizziness might occur and should avoid engaging in activities requiring full concentration until the effects are better understood.

Kidney:CAUTION

Clomish 25 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Clomish 25 Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Liver:UNSAFE

Clomish 25 Tablet is probably unsafe to use in patients with liver disease and should be avoided. Please consult your doctor.
