Defcort TM Tablet is a combination of two medicines used in to treat kidney stones. It relaxes the bladder and reduces pain, swelling, and other symptoms of inflammation associated with kidney stones.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Defcort TM Tablet is to be taken with food.
05How It Works
Defcort TM Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Tamsulosin and Deflazacort. Tamsulosin is an alpha-blocker. It works by relaxing the muscle around the bladder exit and prostate gland so as to allow easy passage of urine. Deflazacort is a steroid medicine. It works by reducing inflammation (swelling) in the kidneys to promote the passage of the stones through urine.
06What If You Miss A Dose?
If you miss a dose of Defcort TM Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
