Duoflo Combipack is a combination of two medicines used in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. It helps to relax the muscles of the bladder and prostate gland to relieve pain and irritation. This prevents frequent, urgent or uncontrolled urination.

MOA
Duoflo Combipack is a combination of two medicines: Tamsulosin and Solifenacin which relieve the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Tamsulosin is an alpha-blocker while Solifenacin is an antimuscarinic. They work by relaxing the muscle around the bladder exit and prostate gland so urine is passed more easily. This prevents frequent, urgent or uncontrolled urination.
What If
If you miss a dose of Duoflo Combipack, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
Drug Tips
Duoflo Combipack helps relieve symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
Duoflo Combipack may cause dizziness or blurring of vision. Don’t drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how it affects you.
To lower the chance of feeling dizzy or passing out, rise slowly if you have been sitting or lying down.
If you are to undergo eye surgery, inform your eye doctor about using Duoflo Combipack.
