Duoflo Combipack should be taken with food. Take it regularly to get the maximum benefit from the medicine. It may take some time for the medicine to be effective. The course of the treatment should be completed for better efficacy of the medicine.

The use of this medicine may cause few common side effects such as dryness in the mouth, constipation, flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck, and trunk), and blurred vision. If you experience any of these side effects, consult your doctor without delay. Your doctor may help you with ways to prevent or reduce the side effects.

This medicine may not be suitable for everybody. Before using the medicine, you should let your doctor know if you have any problems with your heart, liver, or kidneys. Also, let your doctor know of all the other medicines you are taking.

Treatment of Benign prostatic hyperplasia

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label before use. Duoflo Combipack is to be taken with food.

Duoflo Combipack is a combination of two medicines: Tamsulosin and Solifenacin which relieve the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Tamsulosin is an alpha-blocker while Solifenacin is an antimuscarinic. They work by relaxing the muscle around the bladder exit and prostate gland so urine is passed more easily. This prevents frequent, urgent or uncontrolled urination.

If you miss a dose of Duoflo Combipack, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Duoflo Combipack helps relieve symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).

Duoflo Combipack may cause dizziness or blurring of vision. Don’t drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how it affects you.

To lower the chance of feeling dizzy or passing out, rise slowly if you have been sitting or lying down.

If you are to undergo eye surgery, inform your eye doctor about using Duoflo Combipack.

In Treatment of Benign prostatic hyperplasia

Duoflo Combipack is used for the treatment of difficulties associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia such as difficulty in passing urine, strong urge to urination and frequent urination during night as well as day.
