E Ova Plus 100mg Tablet is a medicine used to treat female infertility. It increases the chances of pregnancy in women who have a problem with ovulation (release of an egg) or have a condition called polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).

E Ova Plus 100mg Tablet should be taken with or without food, preferably at a fixed time each day. It should be taken as advised by the doctor. The dose and how often you take it depends on what you are taking it for. The medicine is not recommended for a longer period. Some common side effects of this medicine include vomiting, headache, nausea, hot flashes, and breast discomfort.  If these bother you or appear serious, let your doctor know. E Ova Plus 100mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Clomiphene, Coenzyme Q10 and Acetylcysteine which treat female infertility. Clomiphene is a partial estrogen agonist which works by stimulating the release of eggs from the ovary (ovulation). Coenzyme Q10 is an antioxidant which protects the body from damage by chemicals (free radicals) that cause infertility. Acetylcysteine is a mucolytic. It is added to counteract the harmful effect of Clomiphene on the cervical mucus (protective fluid in the uterus).

If you miss a dose of E Ova Plus 100mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

E Ova Plus 100mg Tablet is prescribed to women who cannot get pregnant because they are not ovulating or have a condition called polycystic ovary syndrome.

Take E Ova Plus 100mg Tablet exactly as prescribed by doctor. Timing of the doses is very important for its success.

It should not be used for very long. Talk to your doctor if you have used this medicine 3 times with no success.
