Endoprost 250 Injection is given as an injection deep into the muscles under the medical supervision of a doctor. It is only given at the hospital setting, so do not self- administer the medicine.

The most common side effects of this medicine include vomiting, flushing, headache, and chills. If these bother you or appear serious, let your doctor know. There may be ways of reducing or preventing them. If you notice dizziness, avoid driving or attention-seeking activity.

Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have ever had heart disease, or you have high or low blood pressure, or have liver or kidney disease. Your doctor should also know about all other medicines you are taking as many of these may make this medicine less effective or change the way it works. Always remember, it is only giver after delivery not during pregnancy.

Endoprost 250 Injection should be used with caution during breastfeeding. Breastfeeding should be held until the treatment of the mother is completed and the drug is eliminated from her body.

Driving:UNSAFE

Endoprost 250 Injection may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.As Endoprost 250 Injection may make you lose consciousness, feel dizzy or drowsy and this may affect your ability to drive

Kidney:CAUTION

Endoprost 250 Injection should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Endoprost 250 Injection may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of Endoprost 250 Injection is not recommended in patients with active kidney disease.

Liver:CAUTION
