Endothik ES 1mg/25mg Tablet should be taken with or without food, preferably at a fixed time each day. This is done to ensure consistent levels of medicine in the body. It should be taken as per your doctor’s advice. The dose and how often you take it depends on what you are taking it for. Your doctor will decide how much you need to improve your symptoms. Swallow the tablets whole with a glass of water. You should take this medicine for as long as it is prescribed for you.

Diarrhea, nausea, stomach pain, and indigestion are some common side effects of this medicine. However, consult with your doctor if menstrual irregularities such as spotting or bleeding between menstrual periods or missed periods happen or bother you. Some serious side effects which mean immediate doctor consultation is required include unexplained swelling and pain in your limbs, shortness of breath, chest pain, or changes in vision.

Before taking Endothik ES 1mg/25mg Tablet, tell your doctor if you are breastfeeding, if you have ever had any problems with your blood circulation or have diabetes or stroke. Endothik ES 1mg/25mg Tablet is a combination of two hormonal medicines: Estradiol and Sildenafil. Estradiol is a form of estrogen, a female sex hormone produced by the ovaries. It works by replacing the natural hormone in the body when the latter is deficient. Sildenafil is a vasodilator which widens the blood vessels and increases blood flow to the uterus.

If you miss a dose of Endothik ES 1mg/25mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Endothik ES 1mg/25mg Tablet helps improve thickness of endometrium in women undergoing treatment for infertility.

Take it at the same time everyday to help you remember to take it.

You may experience menstrual irregularities such as spotting or bleeding between menstrual periods or missed periods. Consult your doctor if this persists.

Ensure that you undergo regular breast screening (for presence of lumps or any abnormal changes) and cervical smear test while taking this medicine.

Stop taking this medicine and inform your doctor immediately if you notice unexplained swelling and pain in your limbs, shortness of breath, chest pain, severe headache, or changes in vision. These could be symptoms of a blood clot in a vein.

Breast feeding:SAFE IF PRESCRIBED

Endothik ES 1mg/25mg Tablet is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.

Driving:UNSAFE

Endothik ES 1mg/25mg Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Kidney:CAUTION

Endothik ES 1mg/25mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Endothik ES 1mg/25mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Liver:CAUTION

Endothik ES 1mg/25mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Endothik ES 1mg/25mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of Endothik ES 1mg/25mg Tablet is not recommended in patients who previously had liver disease and the liver function tests are still not normal.
