Exwax Ear Drop is to be used only in the affected ear. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by the doctor. Wash your hands before using this medicine. Check the label for directions before use. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better.

Treatment of Ear pain

This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Hold the dropper close to the ear without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside ear.

Exwax Ear Drop is a combination of two medicines: Benzocaine and Chlorbutol. Benzocaine is a local anesthetic. It works by blocking pain signals from the nerves to brain which decreases sensation of pain. Chlorbutol is a preservative.

If you miss a dose of Exwax Ear Drop, skip it and continue with your normal schedule. Do not double the dose.

Exwax Ear Drop is used to ease pain, swelling associated with some ear infections.

Put drops in the ear without touching the dropper to the ear. Stay on the side for 2 minutes or put a cotton plug in the ear.

Avoid contact with your eyes, nose, or mouth. Rinse it off with water if you accidentally get the drop in these areas.

Do not use the medicine for a longer time without doctor consultation.

Make sure not to use the open bottle for more than 4 weeks.

In Treatment of Ear pain

Exwax Ear Drop is used to relieve pain and swelling in the ear caused by an ear infection. It stops pain by producing a feeling of numbness at the affected area. It is effective and gives you relief from ear pain within 15 to 30 minutes. Put 3 to 4 drops of Exwax Ear Drop 4 times a day for a week for complete relief or use as prescribed. Use Exwax Ear Drop only in the ear and avoid taking through mouth or eyes.
