Fitgel Mouth Gel is a pain relieving medicine. It is used to relieve pain, discomfort, and inflammation caused by mouth ulcers. It is also used to treat cold sores, denture, and sore spots due to orthodontic devices.
Fitgel Mouth Gel is for local application only. Wash your hands thoroughly before and after applying it on the affected area. Please consult your doctor if your symptoms do not get better. It should not be taken by patients who are allergic to it or are less than 16 years of age. It should not be applied to open wounds.
Burning sensation and application site reactions might be seen as side effects in some patients. It is potentially unsafe to be used in pregnant and nursing mothers.

05How It Works
Fitgel Mouth Gel is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that relieves mouth sores. It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) which cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling) in the mouth.
06What If You Miss A Dose?
If you miss a dose of Fitgel Mouth Gel, use it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

10Drug Tips
Fitgel Mouth Gel is prescribed for the treatment of mouth ulcers.
Avoid putting dentures or braces back in the mouth for half an hour after applying the gel in your mouth.
Avoid eating and drinking immediately after applying Fitgel Mouth Gel.
Using a clean finger to massage the gel onto the sore area, not more than once every 3 hours.
Do not smoke while using Fitgel Mouth Gel as it might cause some side effects.
Consult your doctor if your pain does not improve after using this medication for 7-14 days, or if your symptoms get worse.
