Itec Ear Drop is a combination of three medicines: Chloramphenicol, Clotrimazole and Beclometasone. Chloramphenicol is an antibiotic which stops bacterial growth while Clotrimazole is an antifungal which prevents the growth of fungi in the ear. Together, they treat your infection effectively. Beclometasone is a steroid. It blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make your ear red, swollen and itchy.

10Drug Tips
Do not touch the tip to any surface, or to your ear, to avoid contamination.
Talk to your doctor if your symptoms haven’t started to improve within two days of starting treatment, if they get worse during treatment or if you get another ear infection.
Avoid contact with your eyes, nose or mouth. Rinse it off with water if you accidentally get the drop in these areas.
Stop using Itec Ear Drop and inform your doctor if you notice ear irritation, burning sensation or allergic reaction.
Throw away any medicine left at the end of the course.
