Melslumb Tablet should be taken with food. Take it at a fixed time each day to maintain a consistent level of medicine in the blood. Melslumb Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Melatonin, Bromelain, and Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) which help you sleep. Melatonin is a natural hormone which helps to regulate the sleep-wake cycle and helps you fall asleep. Bromelain is an enzyme obtained from pineapple juice. It causes the body to produce substances that fight pain as well as swelling (inflammation) and helps you relax. Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) is a nutritional supplement that possesses anti-nausea properties and helps in proper functioning of nerves.

If you miss a dose of Melslumb Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Melslumb Tablet helps promote sleep in people who have difficulty sleeping.

Take the tablet after food and before going to bed. This will help the medicine to work later in the night.

Do not drink alcohol while you are taking Melslumb Tablet because it will reduce its effectiveness in helping you to sleep.
