Mirbeg-S 25 Combo Pack is a combination of two medicines used in the treatment of the symptoms of an overactive bladder. It relieves urinary symptoms like frequent urination, urgent need to urinate and inability to control urination.Always take this medicine exactly as advised by your doctor. It should be taken orally with or without food. You should not stop taking it suddenly and always finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. It may raise your blood pressure, so check it regularly. It is usually well tolerated. However, it may produce some mild side effects like dizziness, so avoid driving or doing things that need mental focus.

Dry mouth, dry eyes and constipation may also occur. So, maintain good oral hygiene, drink water plenty of water, chew sugarless gum and wear contact lenses with caution.

No, do not stop taking Mirabegron even if you start feeling better. This medicine does not cure overactive bladder but relieves the symptoms of urgency, frequency and incontinence (unable to control when you empty your bladder). Stopping treatment may result in a recurrence of the symptoms of overactive bladder.

No, Mirabegron does not affect your sleep. However, if you are having any problems related to your sleep, talk to your doctor.

No, you need to take it daily as directed by your doctor since it controls your condition and does not cure it. Your bladder takes time to adapt to the medicine, so if you take it off and on, you will not get the desired benefits and your symptoms will recur.

Infection of kidneys, ureters, urinary bladder or urethra is a common side effect of Mirabegron but does not affect everyone. Very few patients have reported of developing renal stones and bladder pain with the use of Mirabegron. Also, patients with compromised kidney function should be careful while using Mirabegron and report any unwanted symptoms related to kidneys to the consulting doctor.

Yes, you need to be careful while taking Mirabegron if you have high blood pressure. Keep a regular check on your blood pressure since Mirabegron can cause an increase in blood pressure in some people. It should not be used in patients with severe uncontrolled hypertension.

You should seek urgent medical attention even if do not feel any discomfort. Overdose of Mirabegron may increase your pulse rate and blood pressure. As a result of this, you may experience severe headache, palpitations, chest pain and fatigue.

Solifenacin should be taken exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Generally, it is recommended that the medicine should be taken once daily, preferably at the same time. It can be taken with or without food.

In rare cases, Solifenacin may cause confusion and hallucinations (seeing things or hearing voices that do not exist) as side effects. It may also cause delirium in very few people (disturbed state of mind characterized by restlessness, illusions, and incoherence). Though there are studies which support that Solifenacin may cause dementia, it is still to be confirmed.
