Nefrosave Forte Tablet

Nefrosave Forte Tablet may be taken with or without food. You should follow all the directions of the doctor strictly. Take it regularly and at the same time each day to get maximum benefits from the medicine. Do not stop until you have completed the dose.

It may cause side effects like nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, and diarrhea. Inform your doctor if you experience any such side effects which bother you. They may be able to help reduce or prevent the side effects.

Before taking this medicine, let your doctor know if you have any other medical conditions. Let your doctor also know about all the other medicines you are taking to make sure it is safe for you. Additionally, pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before using this medicine.

Treatment of Chronic kidney disease

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Nefrosave Forte Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Acetylcysteine act as an antioxidant, conferring protective effects to body tissues in people with chronic kidney disease and those undergoing kidney dialysis. Pyridoxamine dihydrochloride acts as a catalyst in the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins in the body, thereby aiding in maintaining energy balance in patients with kidney ailments.

If you miss a dose of Nefrosave Forte Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Inform your doctor if you are taking any supplements containing vitamins A, E, K, or minerals like phosphorous, since these may be harmful in case of chronic kidney disease.

You can protect your kidneys by preventing or managing health conditions that cause kidney damage, such as diabetes and high blood pressure.

Eat healthy meals, and cut back on salt and added sugars.

Stop smoking and limit your alcohol intake to prevent further damage to the kidneys.
