Nutrasil Oral Suspension is a combination of two medicines: Silymarin and Tricholine Citrate. Silymarin is an antioxidant which works by protecting the liver from harmful chemical substances (free radicals). Tricholine Citrate is a bile acid binding agent. It removes bile acids from the body. The liver then produces more bile acids using cholesterol, as a result, the levels of cholesterol in the body is lowered.

If you miss a dose of Nutrasil Oral Suspension, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
