The most common side effects are headache, nausea, and abdominal pain. Most of these are temporary and usually resolve with time. This medicine may cause diarrhea, so it is better to take plenty of fluids while taking this medicine as it may help to prevent dehydration.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Pruease 1mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Pruease 1mg Tablet is a selective 5-HT4 receptor agonist that has high intrinsic activity. It indirectly stimulates the release of acetylcholine, a chemical messenger that increases the motility of the intestine and treats even chronic (long-term) constipation very effectively.

If you miss a dose of Pruease 1mg Tablet, skip it and continue with your normal schedule. Do not double the dose.

Pruease 1mg Tablet helps treat chronic constipation and improve bowel movements, when laxatives have failed to provide adequate relief.

It can be taken with or without food, at any time of the day.

It may cause diarrhea. Drink plenty of water and inform your doctor if it bothers you.
