1. General Information

• MedbeW is a licensed retail pharmacy based in India.
• We provide doorstep delivery of medicines, OPD chamber facilities for doctors, and lab test bookings through tie-ups with licensed diagnostic labs.
• The patients visiting doctors at our OPD chambers are the complete responsibility of the concerned doctor. MedbeW does not provide medical advice or diagnosis.

2. Prescription Medicines

• Medicines falling under Schedule H, H1, and X require a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner.
• Prescriptions must be uploaded at the time of placing an order.
• One prescription can be used only for a single order.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Prices shown on the website are indicative and may vary according to the latest batch, MRP, and applicable taxes.
• The final price will be confirmed with the customer before payment and dispatch of medicines.
• Payments must be made through approved payment methods displayed at checkout.

4. Delivery & Shipping

• Delivery is available only in permitted areas as per applicable state and central drug authority guidelines.
• Some states may restrict interstate delivery of medicines. Orders from restricted areas may be cancelled.
• Emergency and life-saving drugs (e.g., insulin, cardiac medicines) are best obtained locally in case of urgent need.

5. Lab Test Booking

• All diagnostic tests booked through MedbeW are fulfilled by licensed and certified diagnostic laboratories.
• Reports and results are provided directly by the diagnostic lab. MedbeW is not responsible for accuracy or interpretation.

6. Returns & Refunds

• As per law, medicines once sold cannot be returned or exchanged unless:
  • You received the wrong product,
  • The product was damaged, or
  • The product was expired.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.

7. Limitation of Liability

• MedbeW is not responsible for any misuse of medicines by customers.
• We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Customers must consult a registered medical practitioner for any medical concerns.

8. Privacy Policy

• All personal, medical, and payment data is handled with strict confidentiality.
• We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except where legally required.

9. Changes to Terms

MedbeW reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review this page periodically.
