Upnuron-D 75/30 Capsule DR can be taken with or without food. However, it is advised to take it at the same time each day as this helps to maintain a consistent level of medicine in the body. Take this medicine in the dose and duration advised by your doctor as this is habit forming medicine. If you miss a dose of this medicine, take it as soon as you remember. Finish the full course of the treatment even if you feel better. It is important not to stop taking this medicine suddenly as it may worsen your symptoms.
Some common side effects of this medicine include peripheral edema, nausea, headache, dryness of mouth, difficulty in concentration and blurred vision. It may cause dizziness and sleepiness, so do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how this medicine affects you. This medicine may cause weight gain and to control it, you should have a balanced diet and exercise regularly. It is important to inform your doctor if you develop any unusual changes in mood or behavior, new or worsening depression, or suicidal thoughts.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Upnuron-D 75/30 Capsule DR may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
05How It Works
Upnuron-D 75/30 Capsule DR is a combination of two medicines: pregabalin and duloxetine. Pregabalin decreases neurotransmitter release, while duloxetine boosts serotonin and norepinephrine levels to modulate pain perception, working together to relieve nerve pain.
06What If You Miss A Dose?
Q: What if you forget to take Upnuron-D Capsule DR?
A: If you miss a dose of Upnuron-D 75/30 Capsule DR, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Upnuron-D 75/30 Capsule DR is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.
Driving:UNSAFE
Upnuron-D 75/30 Capsule DR may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Kidney:CAUTION
Upnuron-D 75/30 Capsule DR should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Upnuron-D 75/30 Capsule DR may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Liver:UNSAFE
Upnuron-D 75/30 Capsule DR is probably unsafe to use in patients with liver disease and should be avoided. Please consult your doctor.
09Drug Tips
Upnuron-D 75/30 Capsule DR is used for treating nerve pain caused by diabetes, shingles, fibromyalgia, and spinal cord injuries.
You may have to wait for 2 to 4 weeks before it starts working.
It may cause dizziness during the first few weeks. Don’t drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how Upnuron-D 75/30 Capsule DR affects you.
Avoid consuming alcohol when taking this medicine as it may cause excessive drowsiness and increase the risk of liver damage.
Monitor your blood pressure regularly, especially during the first month of treatment.
It may cause a sensation of restlessness or an inability to sit or stand still, especially when you first start taking it. Inform your doctor if this happens to you.
Inform your doctor if you develop any unusual changes in mood or behavior, new or worsening depression, or suicidal thoughts or behavior.
Do not stop taking the medication suddenly without talking to your doctor.
