X Lon Liquid is a combination of two medicines. It is used to treat infections of the mouth or gums. This mouthwash has antimicrobial action on the infection-causing bacteria. It also prevents further infections in the mouth.

X Lon Liquid should be used as directed by your doctor. Do not use it more than the recommended dose. After taking a measured amount of this medicine in the mouth, it should be rinsed thoroughly so that it reaches every corner of the mouth. Spit it out after rinsing and remember not to swallow it.

This is a very safe medicine and does not usually cause any side effects. However, long-term use of this medicine may cause staining of the teeth. Before using the medicine, let your doctor know if you have a known allergy to any of the components of this medicine.

Treatment of Mouth infection

Use this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use.

X Lon Liquid is a combination of two antiseptics: Cetrimide and Chlorhexidine Gluconate. It works by killing harmful microorganisms in the oral cavity.

Q: What if you forget to take X Lon Liquid?
A: If you miss a dose of X Lon Liquid, skip it and continue with your normal schedule. Do not double the dose.

X Lon Liquid is given for the treatment of mouth infection and its associated symptoms such as ulcers and swelling in the gums.

Do not add water to the oral rinse. Do not rinse your mouth with water or other mouthwashes right after using X Lon Liquid.

Avoid eating, drinking, or brushing your teeth just after using this medication.

Do not use X Lon Liquid if you have deep oral ulcers or throat infection.

Stop using this medicine and inform your doctor if any irritation occurs.

If symptoms persist for more than seven days, consult your doctor.

Along with using X Lon Liquid maintain good oral hygiene by brushing your teeth twice daily with a soft bristle brush.

Have regular dental checkups at intervals recommended by your dentist (this is normally at least once a year).
