Zefalcy 75mg Injection is an antiparasitic medication. It is used in the treatment of malaria. It is not used to prevent malaria or to treat severe malaria (where it has affected the brain, lungs, or kidneys).

Zefalcy 75mg Injection is administered as an injection under the supervision of a doctor or a nurse and should not be self-administered.

Some people may experience vomiting, headache, nausea, and abdominal pain as side effects of this medicine. You may also notice some injection site reactions like pain, swelling, or redness. Please consult your doctor if these side effects persist.

Zefalcy 75mg Injection is an antiparasitic medication. It works by producing harmful chemicals (free radicals) within the malarial parasite, thereby killing it.

Inform your doctor if you notice flu-like symptoms such as chills, fever, muscle pains and any changes in a heartbeat.

Zefalcy 75mg Injection should be taken with food or drinks enriched with fat such as milk.
