05How It Works
Adelphane Esidrex Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Reserpine, Dihydralazine and Hydrochlorothiazide which lower blood pressure effectively. Reserpine is a biogenic amine depletor and Dihydralazine is a potassium channel opener. They work by relaxing blood vessels which allows more blood and oxygen to reach the heart and other organs. Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic that removes extra water and certain electrolytes from the body. Over time it also relaxes blood vessels and improves blood flow.
06What If You Miss A Dose?
If you miss a dose of Adelphane Esidrex Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Adelphane Esidrex Tablet is prescribed to reduce high blood pressure and the risk of future heart attack and stroke.
It helps you to lose water via urination. If, however, you lose too much fluid, you may become dehydrated. This will make you feel thirsty and make your skin look and feel dry. Consult your doctor immediately.
Monitor your blood pressure regularly after starting treatment with Adelphane Esidrex Tablet, and notify your doctor if it does not lower down or if it becomes too low.
Your doctor may get regular tests done to monitor the level of urea, creatinine, and potassium in your blood.
Avoid taking painkillers along with this medicine without consulting your doctor.
Lifestyle changes like a low-sodium diet, exercise, and not smoking may help this medicine work better.
