Alfapride 75mg Tablet is taken by mouth with or without food. However, it is advisable to take it at the same time each day as this helps to maintain consistent level of medicine in the body. Some common side effects of this medicine includes headache and fatigue. It also causes dizziness and sleepiness, so do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how this medicine affects you. You should immediately consult doctor if you have absence of periods, abnormal milk secretion, changes in sexual desire, or fever after taking this medicine.
