If you stop using this medicine too early, the fungus may continue to grow and the infection may return or worsen.

Antiderm XL Ointment is a combination of three medicines: Fluocinolone acetonide, Miconazole and Neomycin. Fluocinolone acetonide is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Miconazole is an antifungal which stops the growth of fungi while Neomycin antibiotic which stops bacterial growth on skin. Together, they treat your skin infection effectively.

10Drug Tips
Antiderm XL Ointment must be applied as a thin layer on the affected area as prescribed by your doctor.

Before each application, wash the affected area with soap and water and dry well.
Avoid getting it in the eyes, mouth or nose. Rinse with cold water if you accidentally get it in these areas.
