The dose of AZAP 50 Tablet and how often you need to take it will depend on whether you have had a transplant or are being treated for rheumatoid arthritis. Follow your doctor’s instructions on this. You can take it with or without food. Take the medicine regularly to get the most benefit and keep taking it even if you feel well. If you stop taking it, the risk of organ rejection may increase, and if you’re using it for rheumatoid arthritis, your symptoms may not improve.
The most common side effects of AZAP 50 Tablet are nausea and reduction of white blood cells and bone marrow function. Because it suppresses your immune system, you may catch infections easily. There is also an increased risk of developing some cancers for this reason. You should ask your doctor about side effects that may require urgent medical attention.
AZAP 50 Tablet can cause birth defects and miscarriages, so do not take it if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. AZAP 50 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

AZAP 50 Tablet is an immunosuppressant. It reduces the action of the body’s defense system (the immune system) and prevents rejection of the transplanted organ. It also blocks the action of certain chemical messengers that are responsible for inflammation, swelling, and redness associated with certain joint diseases.
06What If You Miss A Dose?
Q: What if you forget to take AZAP Tablet?
A: If you miss a dose of AZAP 50 Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Breast feeding:UNSAFE
AZAP 50 Tablet is unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Data suggests that the drug may cause toxicity to the baby.
Driving:CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR
It is not known whether AZAP 50 Tablet alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.
Kidney:CAUTION
AZAP 50 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of AZAP 50 Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of AZAP 50 Tablet is not recommended in patients with serious kidney disease.
Liver:CAUTION
AZAP 50 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of AZAP 50 Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of AZAP 50 Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease. Regular monitoring of liver function tests is advisable while you are taking this medicine.

You may have to take additional medications along with AZAP 50 Tablet for better relief of symptoms.
Avoid contact with people who have a cold, flu, or other contagious illness. Notify your doctor if you have any signs of infection, such as a fever or sore throat.
Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to conceive, or breastfeeding.
