Bone-Ok Softgel Capsule is a combination of medicines that is used to treat nutritional deficiencies. It helps in the absorption of calcium and bone strengthening. It helps in proper growth and development of bones. It also helps in protein synthesis and the production of blood cells (red and white blood cells).

Bone-Ok Softgel Capsule may be taken with or without food. It should be used in the dose and duration as prescribed by your doctor. It is advised to take this medicine at a fixed time.

Inform your doctor if you have kidney problems, or if you have ever had kidney stones.

Let your doctor know if you are taking any other medications like for bone disorders, antihypertensives, antibiotics, antacids, other calcium supplements or medicines for heart disease.

Inform your doctor if you are taking an iron supplement, as the absorption rate might be affected.

Include calcium-rich food in your diet like milk, cheese, yogurt, calcium-fortified soya milk, and green leafy vegetables like spinach.

It improves the level of vitamin D in your blood which in turn helps in absorption of more calcium from your intestine.
