Celvestrant PFS Injection is an estrogen blocker. It is used in the treatment of breast cancer in women who have gone through menopause. It works by adjusting the level of estrogen and slow down the growth of cancer cells.

The most common side effects of this medicine include injection site reaction, headache, vomiting, allergic reaction, and nausea. If these bother you, or appear serious, let your doctor know. There may be ways of reducing or preventing them.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you ever had kidney or liver disease or had bleeding disorder or had any blood clotting medicine. Your doctor should also know about all other medicines you are taking as many of these may make this medicine less effective or change the way it works. Celvestrant PFS Injection is unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Data suggests that the drug may cause toxicity to the baby.
Driving:SAFE
Celvestrant PFS Injection does not usually affect your ability to drive.
Kidney:CAUTION
Celvestrant PFS Injection should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Celvestrant PFS Injection may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Limited information is available on the use of Celvestrant PFS Injection in these patients. No dose adjustment is recommended in patients with mild to moderate kidney disease.
Liver:CAUTION
Celvestrant PFS Injection should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Celvestrant PFS Injection may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
10Drug Tips
Celvestrant PFS Injection is used for the treatment of hormone dependent breast cancer.
It should only be taken by women who have undergone menopause and cannot become pregnant.
It is given as a slow injection into the muscles (intramuscular) of your buttock.
Inform your doctor if you have any bleeding disorder, kidney or liver disease or if you are receiving any medicines to prevent blood clots.
Do not take Celvestrant PFS Injection if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
