Larither 80 Injection is an antiparasitic medication. It is used in the treatment of malaria. It is not used to prevent malaria or to treat severe malaria (where it has affected the brain, lungs or kidneys).
Larither 80 Injection is administered as an injection by a healthcare professional. Kindly do not self administer. It is given in cases where oral administration is not possible.
Some people may experience headaches, dizziness, muscle pain, and joint pain as side effects of this medicine. You may also notice some injection site reactions like pain, swelling, or redness. Please consult your doctor if these side effects persist for a longer duration. You may be monitored with blood tests once a week for 4 weeks to detect the presence of malarial parasites.

Larither 80 Injection is an antimalarial medicine and is used to treat malaria, a serious or life-threatening illness that is spread by a parasite that enters the human body by the bite of infected mosquitoes. It kills the infection causing parasite and stops further spread of the infection. Take it only as prescribed and refrain from taking any other medicines along with this medicine (unless advised by the doctor) as they may affect the absorption of this medicine. Do not use this medicine for treating any other condition without consulting your doctor.

Larither 80 Injection should be used with caution during breastfeeding. Breastfeeding should be held until the treatment of the mother is completed and the drug is eliminated from her body.
Driving:UNSAFE
Larither 80 Injection may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Kidney:CAUTION
Larither 80 Injection should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Larither 80 Injection may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Liver:CAUTION
Larither 80 Injection should be used with caution in patients with severe liver disease. Dose adjustment of Larither 80 Injection may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
10Drug Tips
Larither 80 Injection should be injected under the supervision of a doctor.
Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better.
It may cause dizziness and sleepiness. Use caution while driving or doing anything that requires concentration.
Do not take this medicine if you are in the first 3 months of pregnancy. Inform your doctor if you are breastfeeding.
Inform your doctor if you notice flu-like symptoms such as chills, fever, muscle pains and any changes in a heartbeat.
You may be asked for a regular blood test once a week while taking this medicine.
